Membership in the HOA is voluntary, Your $20.00 contribution covers Landscape and Maintenance for common entrance
areas, Insurance, "Yard of the Month", "Holiday Home", Annual Yard Sale advertising, Quarterly Newsletters, Postage,
Legal fees among other requirements that keep our HOA running.
Last year only 61% of the residents paid their HOA fees....we look forward to 100% this year!!
