WE ABIDE BY BREVARD COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT.



If you have a complaint, you can contact the HOA or call the County directly.

Annual dues are $30 a year
Due by March 1st Each year





Membership and dues are voluntary. The money received is used to maintain our islands on Diana Blvd and Artemis Blvd, and for community newsletters, advertisement for our semi-annual garage sales, website fees, and insurance.
